Marshfield, WI (OnFocus) Wildwood Zoo is unable to give in-person tours due to COVID-19. Instead, it’s bringing the zoo experience to the public.

The public can book four different virtual experiences, including a Keeper Chat, and Painting, Feeding, and Enrichment experiences.

“We have four awesome options to choose from that cover a broad range of fun zoo topics!” the zoo stated in a Facebook post. “We will still be posting our videos and content on our Facebook page, but if you have a particular interest in a topic we haven’t covered, this is a great way to learn more.”

Each virtual tour option lasts 15 minutes and varies in cost from $15-$30. To book an experience, call the Parks and Recreation office at 715-384-4642, Monday-Friday from 7:30-4:30 p.m.

See below for more information on tour options.

For those missing the animals at the zoo, the Large Animal Drive around the Upper Pond is open daily from 6 a.m. – 10 p.m. to see the elk, deer, bison, mountain goat, and wolves.
