WHAT: Expect very cold wind chills with temperatures as low as 20 to 35 below zero.
WHERE: This advisory covers portions of central, north central, southwest, and west central Wisconsin.
WHEN: The first Wind Chill Advisory is in effect until noon CST today, and the second advisory will be from 6 PM this evening to noon CST Tuesday.
IMPACTS: The cold wind chills pose a risk of frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
