The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory in effect Thursday from midnight to Noon. Expected snow accumulation is a total of 3 to 5 inches for portions of central, north central, and northeast Wisconsin.

Plan on slippery road conditions, which will impact Thursday morning commute. Expect snow covered roads with limited visibility and use caution while driving. Call 511 for latest road conditions.

A chance of snow or flurries before 10pm, then snow after 10pm. Patchy fog before 3am, then patchy fog after 4am. Temperature rising to around 33 by 4am. East southeast wind 10 to 18 mph, with gusts as high as 28 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow accumulation of around 3 inches.
Thursday
Rain, possibly mixed with snow, becoming all rain after 7am. Patchy fog. High near 39. East southeast wind 10 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
Thursday Night
Rain likely. Patchy fog after 8pm. Otherwise, cloudy, with a low around 33. Southeast wind 5 to 9 mph becoming northwest after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 70%.
