Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln Names New Head Boys Soccer Coach

WISCONSIN RAPIDS, WIS.-Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln is pleased to announce the hiring of Jacob Hintz as the new Varsity Head Boys Soccer Coach. Jacob is a graduate of Lincoln High School. After high school, Jacob went to UW – Madison and double majored in both History and Political Science. In 2016, Jacob was hired as a teacher, and became quickly involved in our soccer programs. Since then, Jacob has coached both the LHS Boys and Girls Junior Varsity programs, as well as served as the Boys and Girls Varsity Assistant
coach.

Coach Hintz currently works as a Special Education Teacher at Lincoln High
School.

“It is with great pride and enthusiasm that I accept the position of Head Coach for the Lincoln High School Boys soccer program. It has been a dream of mine to be a head coach for my alma mater and to build upon the strong soccer tradition we have in our community. I look forward to continuing to work with our amazing athletes and coaches here at Lincoln High School. GO RED RAIDERS!”

The Lincoln High School Athletic Department is excited about what Coach Hintz will bring to the Boys Soccer program. He is incredibly motivated and has a strong passion for soccer and thrives on building strongrelationships with our student-athletes, school and
community. We are confident that Coach Hintz will continue to build on the success of the program.
