Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln Names New Head Girls Swim & Dive Coach

WISCONSIN RAPIDS, WIS.-Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln is pleased to announce
the hiring of Kristen Felts as the new Varsity Head Girls Swim & Dive Coach.
Kristen is a 1990 graduate of Lincoln High School. Since 2008, Kristen has been
involved in the high school swim programs. Her involvement has included:
volunteering with the planning team meals, organizing various fundraisers, and
most recently, Kristen has been the Assistant Swim Coach for both the boys and
girls programs for the last five years.

Coach Felts currently works as a claims specialist with the Social Security
Administration.

“I am both nervous and excited to have the pleasure of this new
opportunity/adventure but as I have told many of the athletes I have previously
worked with, “The best parts of life are on the other side of fear”. I hope to bring
my knowledge of weightlifting/fitness training into this program and further every
swimmer’s development with a can-do attitude.”

The Lincoln High School Athletic Department is excited to see what Coach Felts
will bring to the Girls Swim and Dive program. She is a motivated person who is
committed to success and building strong relationshipswith our student-athletes, school and community. We are confident she will continue to grow our Girls Swim and
Dive program.
