(OnFocus) A 53-year-old Marshfield woman licked a freezer handle at a Marshfield grocery store in an apparent protest against the coronavirus.
A store manager was sanitizing freezer door handles on Saturday when a woman looked at him and proceeded to lick the door handle of a freezer door. The manager immediately sanitized the licked door handle and called police for a welfare check.
The woman stated that she licked the door handle to protest the coronavirus. She also said that she hadn’t used this method of protest at any other location.
No legal action was taken, but a no trespass order was requested after the woman became confrontational with law enforcement and the store manager.
